1. General Policy Due to the nature of digital products, coaching, and training services, all purchases made on
RaviGautam.com are generally
non-refundable, unless otherwise stated under a specific program. Once you access digital content or attend any live session, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Coaching Sessions (Group & One-on-One) For coaching services:
- No refund is provided once a session has started or materials have been shared.
- If you miss a scheduled session, it cannot be refunded.
- In special cases, you may be allowed to reschedule with prior notice (see rescheduling policy below).
3. Courses & Digital Products This includes:
- Online courses
- E-books
- Digital downloads
- Workshops
- AI training content
Refunds are not provided once access to the product/content has been granted.
4. Live Workshops / Events If you register for a live workshop:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund only if the workshop has not started yet.
- After 24 hours, or once the event begins, no refund will be issued.
If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.
5. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed only for:
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- Paid consultations
Requirement:
You must notify us
at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to notify will result in session loss without refund.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments If you are charged twice or made an incorrect payment:
- Contact us with proof of payment.
- After verification, a full refund will be issued for duplicate charges.
7. Technical Issues If you experience technical issues accessing a course or service:
- We will assist you in gaining access.
- If the issue cannot be resolved from our side within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.
8. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within
5–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
